Beginning in 2009, the vision for Distinct Framing came to be with the desire to provide our clients with a quality product within their timeline.

We have grown extensively since our inception, starting with mainly single-family projects. Since 2017, we have taken on a multitude of successful multi-family projects as well. In fact, our first multi-family project was over 80000 sq. feet in size and we were able to fulfill our commitment in only three short months. While our crew has grown exponentially since then, our dedication has never wavered as we continue to maintain our core values and grow as a company. We are excited for what the future brings for Distinct and can’t wait to work with you on all your upcoming projects.

WHAT WE DO

By utilizing our streamlined process, our prefabricated walls are installed on-site in half the time of a conventional build. Saving our clients time and money.

FROM MULTI-FAMILY HOMES TO TOWNHOMES TO SINGLE FAMILY HOMES.

We begin by reverse engineering our client’s drawings to their exact specifications at our own off-site facility. This process starts before the form work on the foundation even begins.

Once the walls are completed, they’re stored at our facility until our client and their project is ready for installation. Once shipped to the work site, installation can begin immediately.
